Welcome to the Design and Animation School (DAS) website (das.edu.ge). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. "Website" refers to das.edu.ge, owned and operated by Design and Animation School LLC.
1.2. "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Website.
1.3. "Courses" refers to the educational content, including but not limited to videos, text, quizzes, and other materials, available for purchase and consumption on the Website.
1.4. "Content" refers to all materials available on the Website, including course content, text, images, videos, software, and other materials.
1.5. "LMS" refers to the Learning Management System provided by DAS for course delivery and management.
1.6. "Company" refers to Design and Animation School LLC, ID: 405249039, with a legal address at 1 Iovel Kutateladze street, Tbilisi, Georgia.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
2.1. By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2.2. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1. Account Registration: Users may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Website. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
3.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS
4.1. Course Enrollment: Users may purchase courses through the Website. Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the course content as specified on the Website.
4.2. Payment Methods: The Website accepts payments through the payment methods listed during the checkout process. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4.3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued according to the Company’s refund policy, which is available on the Website. All refund requests must be submitted within the specified period.
4.4. Pricing: All prices are listed in the currency specified on the Website. The Company reserves the right to change the prices of courses at any time. Price changes will not affect courses that have already been purchased.
5. REFUND POLICY
5.1. Course Cancellation by DAS: If a course is canceled by DAS due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
5.2. Course Withdrawal: Students who withdraw from a course at least 14 days before the start date will receive a full refund. Students who withdraw from a course 1-13 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for withdrawals made less than 24 hours before the start date or at a later date.
5.3. In the event of serious illness, injury, or other exceptional circumstances, students may request a partial refund or course credit. Such requests must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the DAS administration.
5.4. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 2 business days from the date the refund request is approved. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.
5.5. Non-Refundable Fees: Application fees, materials fees, and other non-tuition fees are non-refundable.
5.6. Course Transfers: Students may request to transfer to another course within the same semester. Such requests are subject to course availability and approval by DAS administration. Transfers are not guaranteed, and no refund will be provided if the transfer is not possible.
5.7. Online Course Access: For online courses, once access to the course content has been granted, no refunds will be issued.
5.8. Changes to the Policy: DAS reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students via email and updated on our website.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1. Ownership: All content available on the Website, including but not limited to course materials, text, images, videos, logos, and trademarks, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2. License: Upon purchasing a course, the User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6.3. Restrictions: Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the content of the Website without the express written permission of the Company.
7. PRIVACY
7.1. Data Collection: The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the Website.
7.2. Use of Data: The Company uses personal data to provide and improve the services offered on the Website, including processing payments, delivering course content, and communicating with users.

10.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tbilisi, Georgia.

11.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Website and supersede any prior agreements.
11.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
11.3. Waiver: The Company’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
